OUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN REGARDS TO DELIVERY

If you haven't received your order, we must allow for the following timescales before we can take further action and attempt to claim back lost Products:

(1st Class) 7 working days from date of despatch.

Swootsy are not liable for any missing products that have not been reported within the 30 day period after purchase.

We are not liable for any extra costs or incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. If there is a potential risk of delay, you may contact us to terminate the order and receive a refund for any Products you have paid for but not received.

If for any reason we duplicate your order and consequently the original is returned as undelivered by Royal Mail, we are entitled to charge an administrative fee to cover the cost of the reproduced product.
